She is Taiwanese. 

She graduated from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in year 2006, and then become a novelist. Her novels are usually in comedy and fantasy type. She wrote many light novel, sure that all of them are Chinese.There are novels that she wrote:

Ongoing novels:  Black Flower (公華), No Hero (非關英雄), the Legend of Sun Kight (吾命騎士).

Ended novel: 女武外傳 , 無敵、Hunting of the Dark Sun(玄日狩)、GOD、Kill No More (不殺)、1/2 Prince (1/2王子). 

I don’t sure about English name of the first two ended novel. I will find more soon!!

In this photo, it was taken when she came to Thailand in March 2011. In Thailand International book Fair 2011, she also had fan-meeting with her novel fan club. ^^
